A little something something about a guy named Rob

Born and raised in Manila, I’m currently based in Los Angeles, California. I say this because I’ve always considered myself as a traveler. And by traveler I mean, living in the city/country for at least 2 years, discovering new wonders, and experiencing culture. Los Angeles is one of the many pit stops along the way.

Currently, I’m a senior student finishing up my Chemical Engineering degree at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. I had three years of undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering at the University of the Philippines and was part of the UP Chemical Engineering Society, Inc. (UP KEM).

For more than two and a half years, I’ve been working as a student assistant at the California Department of Corporations. I also do part-time work at Breadbar in Century City. Later this year, I plan to launch my company which would handle events planning/consulting.

I love to write but I find it hard to do so regularly because of my hectic schedule. I hope that this website allows me to continue writing and expressing myself. It is, for the most part, my outlet where I can rant/rave freely and creatively.

I also love sports, tennis the most. I prefer short walks, fancy dinners, and pampering myself. I’m a vegetarian, a volunteer, and Vice President of Cal Poly AIChE. Lol
